About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to the JAMMA website, its editorial pages, preview shopping bag, first-taste list, and any launch referral promotion. By using this site, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

JAMMA is currently presenting a pre-launch collection. Products may not yet be available for purchase, and no transaction is completed by interacting with this website.

Eligibility and Responsible Use

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to register for launch communications. Use the website only for lawful personal or legitimate business purposes.

You agree not to interfere with the website, bypass security controls, scrape or harvest personal information, impersonate another person, upload malicious code, create fraudulent referrals, or use automated means to manipulate giveaways and promotional eligibility.

Preview Shopping Bag and No Purchases

Prices, product sizes, availability, nutrition figures, images, and promotional offers shown before launch are informational previews. Clicking “Add to Bag” builds a nonbinding selection. Clicking “Continue to Checkout” opens the launch-access form; it does not place an order, reserve inventory, or collect a payment.

Any future store will publish checkout, payment, taxes, shipping, returns, refunds, and fulfillment terms before orders are accepted. We may change or discontinue planned products, features, prices, and launch dates.

Products, Ingredients, and Nutrition

Flavor descriptions and ingredient concepts communicate JAMMA's intended product experience. Pre-launch nutrition values, including protein, collagen, fiber, vitamin C, and zinc amounts, are formulation targets and may change at launch. Packaging images are creative previews. Final labels, allergens, ingredients, nutrient values, and product warnings will be available when products are sold.

Information on this website is for general informational purposes. It is not intended as individualized medical or dietary advice and does not establish that any food will prevent, treat, or cure a condition. Read the final product label and consult a qualified professional about allergies or personal dietary needs.

Waitlist and Communications

Submitting your email requests launch news and does not guarantee early access, a discount, a purchase opportunity, or a particular product allocation. You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address you submit.

If you choose to receive promotional emails, you can unsubscribe using the method included in those messages. We may send a necessary response to a separate request you make, even after you unsubscribe from marketing.

Referral Invitations and Promotions

Eligible early-access participants receive an initial 20% launch offer. Each qualifying friend referred through a member’s unique invitation link adds five percentage points to that participant’s offer, up to a maximum of 40% total. A qualifying friend must be a new, genuine subscriber who completes the required registration process; duplicate accounts, self-referrals, automated signups, and fraudulent registrations do not qualify. Additional eligibility, timing, and redemption details will be provided before rewards can be redeemed.

Referral credits are nontransferable, have no cash value, and are subject to verification before they are awarded. A maximum of four verified friends may count toward the additional discount. Offer availability, redemption limits, and any material changes will be communicated to participants. We may reject fraudulent activity and suspend the program as needed for security or legal compliance.

Editorial and User Contributions

The Morning Edit contains general-interest food, wellness, and lifestyle content. Recipes, suggestions, photographs, and articles are provided for inspiration and information. Results, availability, and nutritional characteristics vary, and references to third-party products or services do not constitute a guarantee.

If you send JAMMA a message, photo, suggestion, or other material, you represent that you have the right to share it. We may use your submission to respond to you. We will seek any additional permission required before using identifiable personal content in advertising or public campaigns.

Intellectual Property

The JAMMA name, product photography, logo, website design, article text, illustrations, and other creative materials are owned by JAMMA or used under applicable rights. You may browse or share ordinary links for personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, alter, distribute, sell, or make derivative commercial works from our content without permission, except as permitted by law.

Any third-party marks displayed on external pages belong to their respective owners.

Availability and Changes

We may update, pause, or discontinue website content or features for maintenance, safety, business reasons, or unexpected technical events. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or permanent availability of any pre-launch offering.

Links to Other Websites

Links to independent websites, including social platforms, are provided for convenience. We do not control their content, services, policies, or availability. Your use of another website is governed by that provider's terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this pre-launch website and its content are supplied on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy of planning information, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JAMMA and those operating this site are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from inability to access the site or reliance on preliminary material. Nothing in this section limits liability that applicable law prohibits limiting, including liability arising from fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct where such limitations are prohibited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims and reasonable expenses arising directly from your unlawful use of the website, intentional misuse of referral functionality, or infringement of another person's rights. This provision does not override statutory consumer protections.

Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms are interpreted under applicable United States law and, where appropriate, the law of California, without displacing mandatory consumer-protection rights in another jurisdiction. Before starting a formal claim, you are welcome to contact JAMMA through the request form on our Privacy Policy page so that we can attempt to address your concern.

These Terms do not require private arbitration or waive any right to pursue a class action.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If a provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent lawful. These Terms and the linked Privacy Policy are the primary terms for the current pre-launch website; separately published promotion rules will govern any future specific offers.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in the website, business, or law. The updated date will show the latest revision, and additional notice will be provided when required. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes agreement only to the extent allowed by applicable law.
